Ruby completed her degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Polytechnic University of the Philippines in May 2006. She passed the CPA Board Examination in October 2009 and joined VVC in February 2010. 

She was continuously promoted from the ranks as Associate Auditor II on August 2010, Semi-Senior Auditor on April 2011, Senior Auditor on April 2012, Accounting Supervisor on October 2013, Senior Accounting Supervisor on July 2015, Chief Accountant on November 2016, Senior Accounting Manager on June 2019. On July 2022, Ruby was recently appointed as Partner for Accounting Services. 

She has completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers (LTM) in August 2016. 

Ruby is a member of The Philippine Institute of Certified Accountants (PICPA).
